Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing, including calculations, reconciliations, and deductions.
- Validate payroll inputs and reports prepared by associates.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees and business teams.
- Collaborate with HC, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution.
- Lead and support a team of Service Delivery Associates – Payroll.
Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Service Delivery.

Must have experience working in a Shared Services Center.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in HRIS, payroll processing, and validation.

Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
