Payroll Operations:
- Process payroll transactions, including data entry, payroll calculations, simulations, and deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
- Validate payroll inputs and reports prepared by the Payroll Service Delivery Associates.
- Review employee benefit deductions, contributions, and enrollments, such as health insurance premiums, retirement plan contributions, and flexible spending accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll withholding, reporting, and remittance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll data, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager – Time & Payroll and other team members to implement corrective actions and process improvements, enhancing payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, both digital and offline, and share them with relevant stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, while complying with data protection regulations.
Employee and Business Support:
- Handle payroll-related requests and inquiries (via ticketing service, email, or phone) in a professional manner, providing timely and effective resolution, ensuring a positive experience for employees and stakeholders.
