Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions, including data entry, payroll calculations, and tax deductions.
- Validate payroll inputs, review reports, and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and business teams.
- Collaborate with HC, Finance, external vendors, and auditors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, or Service Delivery.
- Must have experience working in a Shared Services Center.
- Must have previous regional exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll processing, and validation.
- Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and data protection policies.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
