Service Delivery Associate – Finance Helpdesk

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to finance-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist users with finance system troubleshooting (SAP, Oracle) and problem resolution.
- Log, track, and document issues using a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant finance teams when needed.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance finance system processes.
- Provide basic training and guidance on finance systems and procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (desired)
- 2-3 years of experience in finance helpdesk, customer support, or shared services.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and ticketing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy & compliance.
