Our client is a company specialized in the construction of large-scale photovoltaic parks with a portfolio of national and international customers in countries such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Romania, and they are dedicated to building partnerships and providing quality solutions to their customers.

Position: Site Manager

Location: Cluj-Napoca

Responsibilities:

• Directly coordinates the assembly works, in accordance with the provisions of the technical documentation, the technical execution procedures, at the quality level and within the deadlines established in the contracts signed with the beneficiaries;
• Keep written, chronological records of : Minutes of handover - receipt of work front, Minutes of qualitative reception, Minutes of reception of hidden works, Minutes of control, Minutes of samples / test bulletins, on intermediate / determining phases in order to their acceptance;
• Draws up and transmits daily reports of the works executed, communicates permanently with the functions involved to ensure the smooth and on time progress of the site;
• Coordinates assembly teams;
• Responsible for the training of workers and the process of introducing new colleagues to the team;
• Coordination and supervision of construction activities on site;
• Managing the work team and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; 
• Planning and organizing the resources required for each project;
• Ensuring that subcontractors comply with both legal regulations and contractual obligations with regard to Occupational Health and Safety and subcontractor;
• Is responsible for identifying risks that may arise from the activity to people, environment and property; 
• Checks and takes all necessary measures to ensure the quality of work and products used;
• Responsible for selecting and implementing risk control measures, monitoring and analyzing their effectiveness;
• Monitors and coordinates Work Schedules to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing at least 30 - 40 people;
• Availability to travel most of the time;
• English language medium / advanced;
• Previous experience in a similar position;
• Dynamism, adaptability and attention to detail;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Driving license category B.
