Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Solution Sales Consultant will be responsible for direct sales and end-to-end solutions selling for supply chain technologies.
- Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs related to AIDC and traceability solutions.
- Develop customized solution presentations, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare technical documents to address client-specific requirements.
- Lead product demos, including online trials, site surveys, and Proof of Concepts (POC), to showcase company’s capabilities.
- Create technical proposals aligned with clients' business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help clients integrate scanning hardware and custom software solutions.
- Support sales teams during technical discussions and contribute to successful deal closures.
- Assist with the installation and deployment of solutions on client sites.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with vision and scanning products such as Zebra, Cognex, Omron, TSC, CipherLab, and Datalogic.
- Familiarity with software solution architectures and integration.
- 2-6 years of experience in solution sales, with a focus on AIDC, traceability, or similar technology solutions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Professionals with strong skills in client communication and industry networking, for high-value clients.
- Capable of managing ticket sizes of more than 5 Lakh
- Capable of regular client interactions, proactively managing accounts.
- Regular client meetings within the city and occasional travel to other locations (fully reimbursed).
