Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced senior engineers and professionals for various projects within the oil and gas industry in west and central Africa. This is a unique opportunity to relocate, share your knowledge, and make a positive impact on critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with project planning and design including filing vacant leadership positions in organizations
• Providing technical support, knowledge sharing, mentoring and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with other engineers and project teams
• Participating in training and development activities
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and local engineers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in engineering or other associated disciplines such as logistics and safety, health and environment (preferably in the oil and gas or/ and mining industry)
• Proven track record in project management, design, instrumentation and electrical, measurement, well testing, reservoir, structural, production, marine, facilities, mechanical, process, or any other engineering specialization
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering projects
• Willingness to work on projects and relocate to Africa
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
