ROLE: SENIOR AREA SALES MANAGER
LOCATION- TELANGANA
Roles and responsibilities Oversee and manage sales activities within a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a teamof sales representatives, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives in the assignedarea.

Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives within the area. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets individual and collective sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Territory Management: Define andallocate sales territories within the area. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer coverage, and market penetration. Optimize territory allocation to maximize sales effectiveness and customer reach.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. Collaborate with them to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive sales growth. Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets for the area. Monitor sales performance againsttargets and take corrective actions as necessary. Analyze sales data andmarket trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Market Expansion:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Evaluate potential markets, conduct market research, and develop market entry strategies. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaboratewith other departments, suchas marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote ethical selling practices andensure faircompetition in the market.
