Job Description
- Map and drive Indirect Channel strategy in the region.
- Maximize profitability of Indirect Channel in the long run in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the business development pipeline against objectives.
- Collaborate with indirect sales team to explore new opportunities and optimize route to market for direct / indirect business.
- Develop the offering for Indirect Channel including the launch of innovations.
- Prepare the ROI calculations and assess the financial impact for the specific marketing activities and product promotions.
- Collect market information (trends, competitors, regulations, economics)
- Lead value added distributors development, thro’ monthly meetings, KPI reviews, Dealer’s sales team development, pipeline generation, stock management and top end customer’s relationship management.
- Lead and manage monthly sales targets with clear growth and trial plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage a team of distributors for indirect business.
- New dealer appointment, manage existing dealers plus direct business and develop both.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams from HQ / R&D / SCM / Finance and other peers / colleagues from sales.
