Job Title: Sr. Manager - Distributor Channels
Function: Sales & Marketing
Location: Navi Mumbai
ROLE PURPOSE: The Head of Distributor Channels will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distributor network. This role focuses on expanding channel partnerships, optimizing the distribution strategy, and ensuring seamless product availability across regions. The role will report to the Head of Sales and contribute to enhancing market reach through effective distributor engagement.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Channel Distribution Strategy Development: Develop and implement a channel distribution strategy for AC&R, automation, and control products.
- Distributor and Partner Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with key distributors and partners in various markets.
- Channel Sales Performance Management: Oversee channel sales performance, ensuring distributors meet their targets and market needs.
- Distributor Incentive and Training Programs: Design incentive and training programs for distributors to increase product knowledge and loyalty.
- Collaboration for Supply Chain Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain management.
- Channel Operations Review and Improvement: Regularly review channel operations, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

- Time Management: Help team members prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively. Set realistic deadlines and ensure the team has the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently.

- Decision-Making: Make informed and timely decisions that benefit the team and the organization. Involve team members in the decision-making process when appropriate, considering their input and perspectives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or Business Administration. MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management within AC&R, automation, or related industries.
