Position: - State Head
Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

Drive sales growth and market penetration within the designated city.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Regional Head.

Lead, mentor, train and motivate the team.

Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products across all channels.

Manage sales budgets and ensure alignment with company financial goals.

Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding balances.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Ensure effective visual merchandising in retail outlets to enhance product visibility and appeal.

Implement and manage sales force automation tools to enhance team productivity and reporting accuracy.

Maintain effective relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years in the small appliances or cookware industry, with significant experience in channel sales and managing distributors and retailers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
