Job Title: Supply Chain AI & Data Analytics : Consultant / Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Supply Chain AI & Data Analytics Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. As a crucial member of the team you will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize supply chain operations and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to enhance supply chain efficiency, forecast demand, and streamline logistics processes.

- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on data-driven findings.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, continuously refining and optimizing them for greater accuracy and efficiency.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and data analytics to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- A minimum 4-12 years of experience in industrial/consulting or related areas is needed with at least 4 years of supply chain advanced analytics solutions design and delivery experience

- Proven experience working with AI, machine learning, and data analytics tools and techniques.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Deep understanding of supply chain concepts and processes, including forecasting, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
