Job Overview:
We are seeking a Temp Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team for a 1-year contract. In this sole contributor role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process for various roles across different functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networks, etc.).
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations on candidates.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment with broader HR initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company as an attractive employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a proven track record in managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience with recruitment tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Bonus: Experience in other HR functions (e.g., employee onboarding, performance management, etc.) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Other: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
