Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring across all functions.
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing hiring performance.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment technology platforms (ATS, CRM, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (15+ years) in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in hiring for manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices and current market trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring for electronics or electrical manufacturing domain.
- Engineering or equivalent degree + MBA (HR)
- Familiarity with Pune and surrounding talent markets.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
