Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will:

• Act as a strategic business partner, driving organizational success by ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Utilize cutting-edge recruitment technologies and market insights to streamline and enhance hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Promote employment branding to establish company as an employer of choice.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks, and job fairs.
• Lead interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Implement strategies for employee retention and development.
• Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, equipping them with tools and training.
• Represent company at career fairs and industry events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring strategies.

Key Skills & Behavioural Attributes
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, ATS tools, and recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.
• Effective stakeholder management and candidate evaluation skills.
• Expertise in bulk hiring, particularly within the NBFC/Banking/Financial sector.
• A hands-on approach to leveraging social media and job boards for sourcing and branding.
