Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish job advertisements; actively source candidates through various channels.
• Analyze the recruitment market, including sourcing strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Support hiring managers during candidate selection and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to enhance talent acquisition.
• Regularly provide reports on recruitment activities and KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Assist with employee induction and orientation programs.
• Enhance employer branding by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate relationships with universities and participate in talent attraction initiatives.
• Support the organization of corporate events to strengthen employer branding.
• Provide occasional recruitment support for blue-collar roles.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including managerial or specialized roles.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and labor law knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-reliance and goal-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
