Our client is a global leader in providing innovative logistics solutions tailored to the needs of multinational companies. Focusing on optimizing supply chains, they prioritize efficiency, reliability, and tailored services to meet complex customer requirements. They are expanding their team as they prepare to open a new warehouse to serve one of their major clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish job advertisements; actively source candidates through various channels.
- Analyze the recruitment market, including sourcing strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Support hiring managers during candidate selection and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies to enhance talent acquisition.
- Regularly provide reports on recruitment activities and KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Assist with employee induction and orientation programs.
- Enhance employer branding by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate relationships with universities and participate in talent attraction initiatives.
- Support the organization of corporate events to strengthen employer branding.
- Provide occasional recruitment support for blue-collar roles.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including managerial or specialized roles.
- Proficient in recruitment tools and labor law knowledge.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-reliance and goal-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
