Job requirements:
- University education
- Recruitment experience min.3 years
- Knowledge of candidate selection tools
- Knowledge of labor law
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Good work organization, high communication skills, self-reliance, goal orientation
- Driving license cat B
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of recruitment projects for specialized and managerial positions:
- creating and publishing advertisements and actively seeking candidates
- analyzing the market in terms of recruitment sources, salaries and availability of candidates
- supporting managers during the process of selection of candidates and onboarding of an employee
- cooperation with recruitment agencies.
- Regular reporting of established indicators and activities
- Participate in the process of preparing and conducting the induction of new Employees in the first days of work
- Creating employer image through professionalism and positive candidate experience
- Coordination of cooperation with Universities
- Periodically support recruitment of blue collars as needed
- Participation in the organization of corporate events
