For our client – a multinational market-leading provider of alternative investments and corporate services – specializing in corporate, treasury, fund, infrastructural, and debt administration services for multinational organizations, private equity houses, international fund structures, and real estate firms, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their newly opened office in Sofia.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work not only on the Bulgarian market but on different locations in Europe as well!
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Identify the need of additional members for every department
- Publishing attractive job advertisements
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Give administrative support to the whole HR team
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment
- Leading end-to-end recruitment process
- Good understanding of financial profiles
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
- Understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and creative approach to social media
- Willingness to travel regularly
