Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a role in the Talent Management (TM) function that is responsible for driving Competency Mapping, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning, and other talent management initiatives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Familiarize self with the Competency Mapping exercise - execute as per scope and business requirements.

 Help drive the Talent Reviews framework for the discussion of top and critical talent.

 Project manage and schedule Talent Reviews.

 Manage governance on action items from the Talent Reviews.

 Interact with senior leaders on a regular basis to (i) enable their learning journey and (ii) capture learner feedback and inputs.

 Identify metrics and maintain dashboards for the completion and governance of TM initiatives.

 Manage key (ad hoc) TM projects as and when required.

 Help implement the TM programmes in collaboration with the participants, and other key stakeholders.

 Help in providing monthly dashboards/reports on Talent Management interventions.

 Work with virtual/ cross-functional teams globally
