Role Description: Tech Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for an Tech Lead

Location: Hyderabad

He/She will be responsible for leading a team, overseeingsoftware development projects, managing integrations, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as team leadership, software development, project management, and integration.

Requirement:
Experience : 8 years to 15 years
 Proven experience in Full stack engineering: Angular/NodeJS/Django/Flask/Redis/RabbitMQ/MySQL/Python
 Proven experience in product engineering for Enterprise tech  proven experience in design & architecture
 Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, Strong software development and project management experience
 Experience with integration ofsystems through multiple stacks/APIs/protocols
 Experience in cloud & edge compute tech stack
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 People leader to continuously invest in people learning & development for growth
 Proven experience in IoT and AI technologies (CNN/DNN/NVidia deep tech)
 Experience in the industries mentioned (Aviation, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, F&B) is plus


Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
 10+ years' of management experience
 Strong interpersonal and communication skill
