We are seeking a Tech-Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in tech recriotment to join our team in sourcing and attracting top-tier tech professionals.You will have exposure on different industries through partnering with our various clients, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions tailored to attract top tech talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and connect with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and timely communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications within the technology sector.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
