Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Technical and Commercial Engineer specializing in medium voltage. This role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibilities, providing support to clients and partners in the medium voltage sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and commercial acumen, enabling them to offer competitive solutions while maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to partners and clients for the preparation of offers and quotations for medium voltage equipment
• Prepare technical and commercial documentation for participation in tenders
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners via phone, email, and site visits
• Train clients and partners on the product portfolio
• Collaborate closely with the medium voltage department within the company
• Stay updated on the product portfolio and competitor solutions

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medium voltage engineering role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Category B driving license
• Availability for short-term travel
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both technical and commercial aspects of medium voltage solutions
• Familiarity with industry standards and tendering processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Department Structure:

• Reporting to: Country Manager
• This is a new role within the team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Median salary: 9.500 RON net - 3,250 EUR gross
• Annual bonus based on KPI performance (discussed after the trial period)
