Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the technical team.
- Understand the electrical or renewable energy sector.
- Provide KPIs and guidance to a team of 10 engineers.
- Work mainly from the office (99%).
- Occasional travel (1-2 times).
- Work-from-home available in special cases.
Requirements:
- Managerial and social skills.
- Extensive experience, at least 5-7 years in the electricity field (engineer), primarily, and preferably at least one year in renewables (photovoltaics).
- Knowledge of regulatory approvals and interaction with distribution operators.
- Familiarity with ANM and current standards.
- Experience in project execution and monitoring.

- Annual budget: 60 million euros.
- Large project execution up to 100 megawatts.

- For domestic travel, the types of daily allowances practised are:
* Daily allowance type A – The daily allowance granted is 100 RON for one-day trips. Day trips involve travelling for distances greater than 5 km from the locality where the company is headquartered and for more than 12 hours;
* Daily allowance type B – The daily allowance granted is 150 RON for trips longer than one day.
