Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring all technical requirements and deadlines are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project planning, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to effectively manage technical projects, coordinating sprints, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and the resolution of any issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements, ensuring effective communication to technical teams.
• Leverage technical expertise to make informed decisions, identify potential risks, and proactively manage project challenges.
• Use project management tools such as JIRA to track progress, allocate resources, and monitor risks.
• Guide and motivate teams to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deliver regular project updates and status reports to key stakeholders, providing transparency on project progress, issues, and solutions.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of overall work experience, with at least 3+ years in managing technical projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, and digital technologies.
• Expertise in managing SDLC projects and familiarity with various development processes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, particularly JIRA.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
