For their growing operations in Greece, they are looking for a 'Technical Sales Manager' who will be responsible for Peloponnese.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing variety trials, providing support to the area manager, breeders, and development team.
- Overseeing farmer relationships and conducting essential fieldwork, including site selection, identifying reliable farmers, and coordinating sowing and planting processes.
- Planning and managing the trial sowing schedule by variety.
- Collecting, recording, analyzing, and interpreting trial data, while also reporting unfavorable outcomes, including trial failures.
- Conducting trial evaluations in accordance with protocol requirements and deadlines, and producing trial reports, field maps, and related documentation.
- Supporting the Area Manager in organizing seasonal demo fields and seminars.
- Maintaining up-to-date vegetable seed market intelligence (BI) and statistical databases.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Participating in sales meetings, exhibitions, and field events to promote products and strengthen customer relationships.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical and sales materials, such as presentations and product guides.
- Conducting regular visits to plant raisers across mainland Greece to drive sales and support product development.
Your Profile:
- Strong educational background in Agronomy.
- Technical experience in the Seeds business is a must.
- Strong English skills.
