Job Title: Technical Sales Executive /Manager - Industrial Gear Motors
Location: West India (Pune, Ahmedabad/Vadodara, Indore,Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkatta)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our client team in West India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing of industrial gear motors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader and contribute to our continued success in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for industrial gear motors in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our industrial gear motors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and expand the distributor network for industrial gear motors in the assigned territory.
- Identify and recruit new distributors, conducting thorough market research and evaluation to ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to distributors to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-15 years of prior work experience in sales and marketing of industrial gear motors or similar technical products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex engineering concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
