Territory Manager - Medical Devices
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to represent innovative medical devices in clinical and surgical environments. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals in hospital settings, providing consultative sales expertise, and supporting surgeries by demonstrating products. You will manage relationships with clinical and administrative staff, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
The role covers hospitals and clinics across the greater metropolitan area of Madrid and Cuenca, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Spain and at the European Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics using CRM tools to streamline activities.
- Product Demonstration: Attend surgeries to showcase medical devices to surgeons and nurses across specialties like bariatrics, gynecology, urology, and orthopedics.
- Sales and Tenders: Achieve sales targets through direct engagements and participation in public tenders.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work with international teams on tenders, quotations, and customer requests.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on clinical data and share insights with healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical sales within the operating room environment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in public tenders and direct sales.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and good proficiency in English.
- Ability to engage in peer-level discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Other: Willingness to travel for training and a valid driver’s license.
