Job Description
What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with online clients and act as key account for selected customers
- Monitor sales performance via sell-out databases and create actionable insights
- Execute and track marketing activities in-store and across social media
- Collaborate closely with customers on trade marketing plans and promotions
- Develop reliable sales forecasts and follow up on export orders
- Maintain and manage trade terms, commercial conditions, and budgets
- Provide regular sales reporting and market analysis to the Italian HQ
- Support launch planning, annual budgeting, and marketing strategy rollout for Croatia & Slovenia
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG
- Knowledge of Personal Care or Oral Care categories is a strong plus
- Strong grasp of the Croatian retail and consumer market
- Independent and flexible team player with great influencing skills
- Fluent in English and native Croatian speaker
- Excellent presentation skills and a data-driven mindset
