Join our clients team as a Transport Coordinator, overseeing daily school transport operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.

- Salary is from £33,500- £39,500/40,000 at the very top end, depending on experience.
- Staff discount for the canteen (really nice cooked food options! There is also a kitchenette, and staff can bring their own lunch too.
- Manage bus routes, schedules, and fleet maintenance.
- Liaise with contractors and authorities to resolve issues.
- Handle budgets, contracts, and safeguarding requirements.
- Support school activities with risk assessments and transport planning.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and a team player.
