Core Responsibilities (for both roles, scaled to seniority)
- Coordinate tenders, risk evaluations, and technical documentation.
- Advise proposal teams and guide procurement strategies.
- Manage TBM procurement, setup, operation, and overall performance.
- Control scheduling, budgeting, and ensure delivery on scope and timelines.
- TBM Manager: Supervise and collaborate with site-level engineering staff.
- TBM Director: Build, lead, and mentor larger multi-site teams and strategic operations.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize TBM performance, and ensure safety/environmental compliance.
- Handle local/international compliance and align with internal and external stakeholders.
