The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Managers and clients to fulfill staffing needs by identifying, contacting, and screening candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen candidates for job openings across different clients.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing requirements.
- Develop recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' strengths and weaknesses based on client requirements.
- Select and recommend the best candidates for client needs.
- Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
