Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in the Middle East market. If you have extensive experience in product sales within the IT/software domain and a proven track record of working with CTOs and other senior executives, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate has previously experienced with the leading IT software companies who are offering SaaS products and services to the Middle east regions and possesses a deep understanding of the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Middle East. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the Middle East through thorough market research.
Client Engagement: Connect with CTOs and other senior executives to understand their needs and showcase our SaaS-based Claim Processing Software as the best solution.
Sales Strategy: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Customize sales pitches and presentations for the Middle East market.
Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the region.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Keep senior management updated on business development activities and market insights.
Travel: Travel to the Middle East as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in business development with a focus on product sales in the IT/software industry. Experience with leading IT software companies who are offering SaaS products and service to Middle east regions, or similar is highly preferred.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Middle East market, including industry trends and key players.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage with senior executives (CTOs, CIOs, etc.) and close high- value deals.
Education: Btech/BE/Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Location: Based in Bangalore, India with prior experience working in or with the Middle East market.
