Qualifications:

• Any medical degree or certification is acceptable (MBBS, BUMS, BDS, etc.).
• Minimum of 8+ years of overall experience, preferably in hospital empanelment or related fields.
• Extensive networks and connections within the healthcare industry, particularly with hospitals.
• Pan India geographical knowledge and networks.
• Experience in direct negotiations and pricing.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but candidates from other industries with empanelment experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the empanelment process of hospitals onto our platform.
• Utilize networks and connections to establish partnerships with hospitals across India.
• Conduct direct negotiations with hospitals, ensuring favourable terms and pricing agreements.
• Oversee a team dedicated to empanelment activities.
