We are seeking a passionate and experienced West Africa Sales Manager to drive the operations and customer development of a CHINESE MINING COMPANY in the West African region. If you have a background in mining, mineral processing, or electromechanical engineering and perfect knowledge of the mining industry in West Africa, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Track coal/mineral processing projects and market conditions in West Africa.
• Customer Engagement: Drive customer development, sales, project coordination, and after-sales support.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Build teams and manage operations in alignment with company strategy.
• Project Coordination: Mobilize departments to drive market projects.
• Channel Management: Develop and manage distribution channels and local representatives.
• Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Marketing Activities: Lead marketing promotions and specialized market activities.
• Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection and provide sales forecasts.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance the regional sales system.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mining, Mineral Processing, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university. Preferably studied in China.
• Experience: 10+ years in overseas mining sales, marketing, and project development.
• Industry Knowledge: Perfect knowledge of the mining industry in West Africa.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (required) and English or French.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience living in West Africa.
• Personal Traits: Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Additional Qualifications: Valid driver's license; international license preferred.
• Willingness to Travel: Long-term business trips to/reside in West Africa.

Work Location:

• Domestic: Beijing/Chaoyang/Datun North Road or Tianjin/Nankai/Times Aocheng
• Overseas: Based on applicant's experience.
