Location: Langley, Slough
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, on-site)
Salary £29,000 - £35,000

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in engineering manufacturing, with knowledge of measurements and threads.
- Hands-on expertise with manual lathes, milling machines, and bench drills.
- Proficient in using hand tools for machining tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work overtime when necessary.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Operate and maintain manual lathes, milling machines, and bench drills to produce components with precision.
- Use hand tools and measurement equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, to ensure accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Machine various materials, including metals, alloys, and plastics.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance of machines and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances.
- Manage workload effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical challenges.
