Catherine Federspiel graduated from The University of Sydney and Macquarie University (Australia), majoring in Management, International Business and Applied Finance. Having started her career at The Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney in 2007, Catherine has held Project Manager and Strategy Manager positions focusing on topics that ranged from continuous improvement to merger activities. In 2011, she relocated to Luxembourg where she joined KPMG's consulting team, before joining Spuerkeess. There, she has held a variety of roles from Relationship Manager in Corporate and Institutional Banking to Deputy Head of Human Resources. Over the years, Catherine has repeatedly consulted the executive teams on firm strategy. Her strong suit being her focus on the human side of business, Catherine seeks to accompany people to become the best versions of themselves in a professional setting, and to allow companies to optimally choose its people and to harness their talents and potential.

Jose Morente graduated from Neoma Business School (Reims) and ICADE (Madrid) with majors in International Finance and Industrial Marketing. During the past 25 years he has held management and executive positions at General Motors/Delphi in France, China, Australia, the United States and Luxembourg in the areas of communications, operations, marketing, sales and corporate affairs. In 2018, he joined the Antal Network in Luxembourg. He started his recruitment career with a focus on technical positions in the automotive industry before expanding into leadership positions in finance and start- ups. Jose is passionate about leadership and people’s development having managed large teams over four continents. He won the prestigious Delphi’s Glen D. Hall mentoring award in 2009 and Antal’s newcomer of the year award in 2018. He has made leadership placements in Luxembourg, France, Spain, China, Romania, Poland and the United States. 

Stéphanie RAVOIRE gratuated in law and webmarketing. 17 years of experience in advertising, communication and digital marketing in aeronautical and generalist press. She is passionate about industry and technology. She joined Antal in 2018 for a new challenge as a search associate and business developper. She is our search specialist extremely active on digital and social network tools to connect to the best candidates.
