Meet Johan Roxs
Johan has over 32 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Service within Production, Logistics and Supply Chain companies.
After studying Commercial Economics he worked as a manager for 22 years. End of 2010 he decided to start as a freelance consultant. During this time he experienced different stages of company success, as most of the time he was asked to support the recovery of the business after a difficult period of time. This has taught him to assess people for their capabilities and match these to the role they are in. Often he found that very well-educated and experienced managers were underperforming, due to cultural/political details and challenges.
In the 10 years as a consultant Johan has learned to assess candidates to a role. A good candidate fit to a role is based on personality, competences, values, cultural fit, stamina, appearance and other personal specificities.
In 2020 Johan started the Antal Netherlands franchise, and he has been able to help fill various vacancies in different companies. He has also been working with the international Antal community to fill positions throughout Western Europe.
