Chris brings over two decades of global recruitment experience, leading recruitment functions for companies such as Verizon Business, Vodafone, British Telecom, Honeywell on a global basis, before founding The Leadership Collective. Chris is an expert in supporting CEO’s, HR Leaders, CRO’s, CTO’s and other business leaders expand their businesses on an international basis, and attain their wider career goals, leveraging the support of The Leadership Collective’s Community.

Emma Kite is the Director of Marketing and Content for The Leadership Collective, where she also manages Member Support. She plays a key role in shaping content strategy and fostering community engagement. Emma is dedicated to enhancing the experience and growth of TLC members helping people and organization thrive.

With 28 years’ experience operating within the recruitment industry, Richard heads up delivery services for the Leadership Collective’s recruitment division. He has worked on assignments in every continent, (except Antarctica!), and managed and led the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns from C-Suite level downwards across a wide range of job functions and business sectors. His focus is on ensuring the provision of a smooth, effective and transparent recruitment process for clients and candidates alike.

 Carola is a community builder with over 16 years of experience in building and managing global communities for brands like Sony PlayStation and DAZN. As Head of Community Strategy & Engagement, Carola leads the direction of the TLC community and its engagement programs in close alignment with our community members to understand their needs and how the community can help leaders grow in their careers and thrive in their organisations. Her vision for The Leadership Collective is to create a community where leaders can come together to share expertise and experiences, help each other solve real-life problems, and build meaningful connections along the way.  

James is an experienced executive search specialist with nearly a decade in recruitment, focused on connecting top talent with technical and leadership roles. He has helped companies scale and build high-performing teams across various sectors. As part of The Leadership Collective, he supports global leaders with strategic growth and HR advice. His passion lies in driving business success through effective recruitment and leadership development.
