    Aissatou Oumar Seydi Bayiha, D.B.A., is a human resource executive with over 19 years of progressive experience in human resource (HR) management as well as banking and corporate finance.  She worked as the human resources manager for a major oil and gas company with responsibility for strategic human resources management, employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, staffing and employee relations. She holds a Doctorate degree in Business administration with a specialization in leadership from Walden University and a master's degree in Banking and Finance from CESAG (Centre Africain d'Etudes Supérieures en Gestion). Prior to working in HR she had some experience in Venture capital and Banking.
    Dr Aissatou O. Seydi Bayiha is passionate about coaching and capacity building. She is providing strategic support to young entrepreneurs and mentoring young women. She is also an ILO (International Labour Organization) gender-certified auditor and guides organizations for gender-related matters including but not limited to participatory gender audit assignments, gender policies implementation and advisory on gender-related matters.
    Dr Aissatou Seydi developed a strong sense of devotion to charity work over the last 15 years and is offering her services to some underprivileged communities, orphanages and nursing homes.
