Prior to becoming Managing Partner of Antal International’s Paris Office on the Champs-Elysées, Philip has more than 30 years’ FMCG experience with worldwide leaders in Fashion and Beauty across 4 continents. For over 25 of these years, Philip held senior global, regional and national leadership roles gaining invaluable, first-hand experience in driving excellence across sales, marketing, product- and brand-management, digital and supply chain functions. Over this time, Philip has successfully built consumer brands and effective teams across all wholesale and retail channels in the FMCG space.
Philip’s extensive industry experience and far-reaching worldwide network help us at Antal search, recruit, retain, motivate and develop those ideal, hard-to-find talents to ensure our clients’ short-, medium- and long-term business objectives are met.
