He began his career with Cognizant Analytics, where he designed and monitored complex incentive compensation plans for the sales force of top pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. Following this, he navigated various functions in a startup focused on aggregating procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) items for large manufacturing firms in India. He developed unique solutions like ‘Punchout Catalogues’ within customers’ ERP systems for hassle-free ordering, fostering long-term partnerships with leading MRO distributors to expand product categories.

Most recently, Rohit led the establishment of a manufacturing unit in Pune for an MSME company, achieving a remarkable 25-fold growth in sales within the pharmaceutical vertical over five years. His accomplishments include reaching breakeven within the first year of heading the manufacturing unit followed by continuous profit growth.
