Throughout his career, Ajay has worked with industry giants like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Bajaj, gaining deep expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain optimization. As a senior management executive, he has held key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, where he managed end-to-end operations with full P&L responsibility. His ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives has resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced productivity for the organizations he has worked with.
