El Mehdi is a seasoned finance executive with over 19 years of experience, managing both multinational and local companies. He holds a master's degree from ISCAE Casablanca, along with advanced certifications in corporate finance, accounting, and auditing from prestigious institutions like HEC Paris and the University of Rennes. His expertise spans financial strategy, structured financing, tax advisory, audit compliance, and leadership, making him a highly versatile professional in the finance industry.
Starting his career in 2005 at KPMG Morocco, El Mehdi gained extensive experience in audit and financial management. Over the years, he has held key roles at Nike Morocco, Archer Daniels Midland, and EMID, where he excelled in driving financial performance, managing tax audits, and optimizing working capital. As Group CFO at Best Financière & Retail Holding, he played a pivotal role in raising structured financing, managing equity transactions, and overseeing investment decisions, further solidifying his strategic financial leadership.
Currently, as Managing Partner at ANTAL Rabat Morocco, El Mehdi is focused on connecting top-tier financial talent with organizations, ensuring they meet industry demands and drive growth.
