Jyoti holds overall 5+ Years of Experience, She is associated with Antal International Network Pune, since 2019, and is majorly involved in End-to-End Recruitment for Mid - Senior Level and Leadership Roles. She is also involved in Business Development in different sectors under the specialized domain of Supply Chain. She holds experience in Closing critical and Niche roles within different verticals such as IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Security and Operation. She is also involved in Human Resource Operations, Training & Development, and PR activities for Antal Pune.
Milind is associated with Antal Pune office for close to Seven years and currently designated as Senior Manager-Automotive and Engineering. He has 15 Yrs + of experience in Executive recruitment and New Business Development. He is highly Specialized in leadership hiring particularly for skills required in domain like Plastic, Powertrain, Tool design, Chassis, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Lubricants in Automotive and engineering sector. He has long and proven track record in business-critical hiring for large Automotive and off-highway manufacturers, Multinational Automotive suppliers, industrial chemical manufacturers etc. Apart from India he also focusses on South East Asia markets.
Atish has around 4 years of experience with Antal. A recruiter with experience in HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing. He is also involved in market research, client mapping, competition analysis as well as understanding market sentiments along with client research.
Shivani is a goal-oriented, flexible professional with over ten years of experience in both the product and service industries. Experienced in business development and key account management, with strong consulting abilities and a track record of translating company objectives into role and competency needs. She has a solid track record of closing specialised and key assignments as well as accomplishing various IT and Engineering (R&D) RPO projects effectively. She has been working closely with Antal as a subject matter expert for 6 years and provides knowledge and skills in her industry and technical field.
Pournima is a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience of more than 3 years in Recruitment firms, Banking & Finance, and the IT industry. Extensive experience working in various Technical and non-Technical positions. Associated with Antal International for less than a year and recruited majority for Automobile industry at Pan India level.
Arpita is a part of Antal from Nov 2021, she holds 5+ years of vast experience in Accounts. She is currently taking care of Accounts Domain and Mid-Level recruitment in Antal Pune.
Nandan is a seasoned corporate professional carrying industry experience of 2 decades in the automotive industry and a decade of experience into Oil and Gas industry in Middle East region. He is the author of the book “Scratch Card from Freedom”. He is part of Antal from June 2022, taking care of all leadership Hiring across the industries.
Bhavesh is a versatile individual with 19+ years of industry experience in manufacturing operations. He is associated with Antal since 2021, taking care of Mid- Senior Level recruitment into the IT & Automotive domain.
Deepti has joined Antal as an Automotive & SCM Recruitment Specialist, taking care of sourcing for the Mid-Senior level. She has previous experience in the account's domain for more than 3 years. She is also a part of the Human Resource Management Team looking after HRM, Training & Development, Business Development and Digital marketing.
