GILLES ROCHAS, executive recruiter, native French, has more than 25 years' experience in multinational Polymers and Chemical Companies at various VP and General Manager positions.
He has an Engineer degree in Rubber and Polymers. He has extensive experience in leadership, strategy, business development, marketing & sales, and Supply Chain globally. Furthermore, living in various regions over the world, he is very familiar with a multicultural working environment. He will help the enterprises to recruit in regions with different cultures.
