Leticia was part of the initial team that started Securitas Direct in Spain in 1993 coordinating the commercial and technical team of the Community of Madrid, before joining the Antal team when it opened in Spain since 2000. Directs and coordinates the company in Spain. Extensive experience in management and coordination of international projects in America, Europe and Asia mainly. Leticia studied Marketing, is studying an MBA from Carlos III University Fluent English and Spanish.
Formó parte del equipo inicial que hizo el start up de Securitas Direct en España en 1993 coordinando el equipo comercial y técnico de la Comunidad de Madrid, antes de incorporarse al equipo de Antal cuando abrió en España desde el año 2000. Dirige y coordina La compañía en España. Amplia experiencia en gestión y coordinación de proyectos internacionales en América, Europa y Asia principalmente. Leticia Estudió Marketing, está cursando un MBA por la universidad Carlos III inglés y español fluido.
Patricia is Senior Consultant at Antal International Spain and has 15 years’ experience in recruitment and more than 13 years in Antal International. She is specialist in Food Industry, with a key focus in Fruit & Vegetables Sector, Healthy and Organic Food, Nutrition and Food Supplements and Wine. She has a Psychologist Degree and master’s in human resources management.
Belen Novellon is Manager and Partner in charge of the Engineering, Logistic and Operation Team. She supervises and advises on every project within the industry. Belen has a well-built experience in conducting search and interviewing candidates to ensure qualification and define the best fit for the position. Her expertise in different types on Industries, knowledge of the market, companies and typology of candidates enables her to advise and solve the recruitment needs that companies, both manufacturers and distributors, may have. Sectors: Energy & Renewables, Agrochemical, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Real Estate & Civil Infrastructures, Pharma & Chemical.
Excellent communication skill in English, Spanish, Chinese Mandarin and Mid-level German. Strong education background in China, Switzerland and USA, member of Glion Alumni Association (GAA). Handling cross country headhunting project in Europe with excellent results, with time limit. 10+ years working experience in Spain, Germany and China, wide knowledge of talents search, labour contract, social security system.
Elena Sánchez is the Senior Consultant in charge of the Life Sciences team, she will supervise and advise every project in this industry. Elena is a biologist specialising in genetic sciences and she has a master’s degree in management and Administration of Biotech Companies. She has a well-built experience in conducting searches and interviewing candidates to ensure qualifications and define if they fit to the position. Before Antal, she builds a strong background as a strategic and business consultant, working for the healthcare Spanish system, pharmacy, veterinarian and biotech industry, and national research institutions. Because of this experience, she understands the different profiles needed in the sector and the background, formation, and skills a candidate needs to perform a specific role.
Andrea, graduate in Labor Relations, has been working in Human Resources for over 2 years, both in the administration and personnel selection fields. She works for Antal International in the financial-legal team, adding value to companies by selecting the best-qualified candidates.
Alberto Sahelices is the Senior Consultant specialized in IT profiles, specifically SAP profiles and Integrators and Firmware Engineers profiles. Alberto has a degree in Law, with a Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy. He has extensive experience conducting searches and interviews with candidates to ensure their qualifications and define whether or not they fit the position. Prior to Antal, he has a solid experience as a recruitment specialist, given that during these past years he has developed his career as head of recruitment in Airzone, a company dedicated to air conditioning, where he was in charge of the selection of the company, specifically IT profiles. She has international experience, having carried out recruitments in the United States, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland and Italy.
Thanks to this experience, he understands the different profiles needed in the sector and the background, training and skills that a candidate needs for a specific position.
Andrea Fontecha serves as the Operations Manager at Antal Spain, boasting an extensive career spanning over 16 years with the company. In her current role, she plays a pivotal role in the seamless daily operations of both the Madrid and Barcelona teams, ably assisted by a dedicated and proficient team under her guidance.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Andrea is deeply engaged in the sales aspect of the company, where she takes on a supervisory role and provides invaluable assistance to the IT Team. Her academic qualifications include a degree in Translation and Interpretation, coupled with a Master's Degree in Legal Translation, underscoring her commitment to excellence in language and communication.
Andrea's rich and diverse experience within the recruitment sector has endowed her with a formidable foundation in the field. Recognized for her sales-oriented mindset and her innate talent for problem-solving, she adeptly combines administrative support with driving the sales initiatives of the company. Her multifaceted approach ensures that Antal Spain continues to thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Mariluz Garcia is an IT Senior Consultant at Antal International's Madrid Office. She has a psychology degree and a Master’s in human resources management. Her 20 years of experience in IT consulting companies recruiting and interviewing candidates, enable her to develop and adapt to all types of technological environments and profiles, and deep knowledge of the IT sector
Yslene holds a degree in Tourism and possesses a deep passion for understanding diverse cultures. In her capacity as Operation Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, streamlining the work for consultants. Anticipating their needs, she provides effective solutions and support. Additionally, she adeptly coordinates all her responsibilities and tasks, offering comprehensive support in the sales, operational, and administrative functions of the office.
Jessica Loayza Chávez is an Associate Consultant Engineering and Industry department.
Jessica is an Engineer with an MBA in International Trade, a specialist in Integrated Management Systems and Quality, and has developed in various industries such as fishing, food and cosmetics at the international level (LATAM, Asia and Europe). She has experience in departments such as production, quality and commercial. Due to his long experience and knowledge in engineering, she is a key player in personnel selection and candidate interviews to choose the ideal candidate and meet the needs of our customers.
Issame, graduate in Business Administration and Management, with two Master's degrees in Economic Innovation and Entrepreneurship, has been working in Human Resources for over 2 years, with a strong expertise in administration and talent acquisition. He is part of Antal International's Sales and Marketing team, where he drives organizational success by identifying and securing top-tier talent for clients.
Dario Curic has a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Padua, Italy. In Antal International’s Madrid office, he is part of the FMCG team, and his goal is to connect companies with top professionals and talents. He has experience in human resources, working in two different employment agencies in Italy and a multinational company in Granada.
Dominic is a recruitment Consultant specializing in IT, eCommerce and Software . His aim is to link organizations with top-tier professionals. He has a degree majoring in Marketing along with fashion from the University of Hertfordshire, and has extensive experience and knowledge across these sectors, with experience in eCommerce and Advertising software sales. Before Antal, he worked as an Account executive in both eCommerce and Advertising software sales, across international markets including, Ireland, the UK, Canada, The USA and LATAM.
Thanks to his experience, Dominic understands the different profiles needed within the sector and the skills, training and background needed for each position.
Daniela is an enthusiastic Associate Consultant at Antal International in Madrid, Spain, with a background in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Direction. While she is new to the commercial sector, Daniela is eager to take on challenges and contribute her skills to talent acquisition and management. Her career began in the education sector, working in the recruitment of teaching staff at an American school, where she gained a deep understanding of talent acquisition and management processes.
She then transitioned to a political marketing and advertising company, where she worked as a recruiter for creative and IT profiles, further expanding her expertise in talent acquisition within a dynamic and diverse environment.
In Spain, she has worked as an English teacher at both British and French schools, where she developed strong interpersonal and team management skills in an international and multicultural setting.
Andrea’s last role was in a HR consulting firm specializing in Executive Search and Headhunting within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on identifying top-tier talent for leadership roles in this industry.
Melissa is a business development consultant specialising in the IT sector, with a solid background in recruitment and business management. With prior experience as an IT recruiter and business manager, Melissa possesses extensive knowledge of various tech profiles and has worked in different environments ranging from small to large accounts. Additionally, Melissa has experience in managing consultants, identifying needs and business opportunities, as well as a broad range of digital and technological solutions that enable to understand their partner's needs and candidates’ motivation.
In addition, Melissa has finished a degree in Psychology and has completed a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Currently, Melissa is specialising in Digital Transformation while she is working as an IT Consultant in Antal International.
